Indonesian therapists, nail techs, barbers, trainers, cooks and riders, most of them from Bali and many with years in spas, salons and barbershops. Each one did a trial session with us in person before the first booking. After that, guest ratings decide how much work they're offered.

By QRIS on the day, in rupiah, from your booking page. Any Indonesian bank or e-wallet app scans it, and there's a bank transfer option if you don't have one. There's nothing to pay in cash at the door. Tips are optional, can be added in the app afterwards, and go to your freelancer in full.

Yes. Anyone you've rated well appears on your home screen. Tap a name, see the free times, and book. If they're not available when you need them, you can take the best-rated person who is.

Because keeping everything inside Care Package protects both of you. Your freelancer doesn't have your number or your address once the job is over, and you don't end up arranging a cash booking with nobody to call if something goes wrong. Chat in the app before and after any booking. Freelancers agree to this when they join, and asking them to break it puts their account at risk.

Cancel in the app. If you cancel well ahead of time, you get your money back. Close to the start time, part of the price may be kept, because your freelancer has turned other work away and may already be on the road. The exact cut-off for your booking is shown before you pay.

We assign the best-rated freelancer who is free for the same slot, automatically, and tell you who is coming. If nobody can make that time, you choose a new slot or get a full refund.

After every job you rate your freelancer, and your freelancer rates you. High, steady ratings move freelancers up a tier and to the front of the queue for new bookings; low ratings pause their account. Guests with poor ratings can find their bookings restricted. Be honest, it's how the good ones get more work.

Each service lists it, but usually it's very little: some space, a socket, a fan on. For a massage, a clear patch about two metres by three and a shower nearby is enough. Your therapist brings her own table, oils and towels.

For massage and body treatments, yes. Choose No preference, Female therapist or Male therapist when you book, and you'll only see times when someone who matches is free. It may mean fewer slots on a busy evening.

Yes. The legal age is 21. The rider checks photo ID at the door, and if nobody there is 21 or over, the shisha goes back with them.

From November to March it can pour for an hour without warning, and riders sometimes have to wait it out under a warung roof. You'll see in the app when your freelancer is held up. Outdoor bookings like surf coaching or drone footage can be moved to another day at no cost if the weather calls them off.

Tell us in the app within 24 hours, with a photo if it helps. If a service wasn't done properly, you'll get a redo or your money back. A low rating also counts, so please leave one.
